Author Vincent E. Green Takes a Stand Against Corruption in Government, Society

New York (PRWEB) July 12, 2013 - To most people, corruption is a sound bite on the evening news. The reality is that corruption is more akin to a vampire bite – killing some and converting others. The long lasting effects of corruption on society and how to effectively combat it are discussed in Vincent E. Green’s new book, Corruption in the Twenty-First Century: Combating Unethical Practices in Government, Commerce, and Society.

With a foreword by the United States Ambassador to Haiti, Pamela White, Corruption in the Twenty-First Century is designed to educate and empower. A handbook for combating injustice, it combines Green’s first-hand experience in fighting and defeating corruption in various organizations worldwide with strategies for successfully overcoming unethical practices.

Vincent E. Green’s extensive career has taken him to various countries, including the Republics of Tanzania, Liberia and Haiti. He has had the opportunity to partner with more than 75 countries and organizations around the world to create and share the best practices on how to overcome corruption in their respective communities.

Green provides readers with a history of the devastating impact that corruption has on the people of every nation. He discusses actual cases when corruption was successfully uncovered, how a proper investigation should be conducted, and strategies for handling these injustices in the future.

"This book is meant to enlighten people on the negative effects of corruption throughout society and encourage them to take up the cause against these wrongdoings," said Green. "I want this book to be a building block in the battle for justice and high ethical and moral standards."
